Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Volodymyr Leskiv, sole proprietor (ФОП), Ukraine ("we"), for the use of the AskRunes app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Operator and contact details
AskRunes is operated by Volodymyr Yuriiovych Leskiv, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (ФОП Леськів Володимир Юрійович).
- Ukrainian taxpayer number (РНОКПП): 3496306751
- Registered and residential address: 11 Kruta Street, Lviv, Lviv Oblast, 79019, Ukraine

1. What AskRunes is
AskRunes draws runes and gives readings for reflection and entertainment. A reading is not a fact and not a prediction. On a one-rune reading, the bar and the words "yes" and "no" show which way the rune leans. They are not a chance, a forecast or advice.
AI readings and chat answers are written by an artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation.
AskRunes does not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not base decisions about your health, your money or your legal matters on a reading. If you are in distress or in danger, contact a professional or your local emergency service.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 16 years old. If the law of your country asks for a higher age to agree to terms like these, you must have reached that age.
3. Your account
AskRunes creates a guest account for you on our server; its credentials are kept on your phone. There is no password and no way to sign in on another phone. If you remove the app or change your phone, a new account is created and your saved readings are not shown again. A plan you bought comes back with "Restore purchases" on the same store account; restoring a purchase does not bring reading history back. You can delete your account in Settings; the Privacy Policy says what that removes.
4. Free use, plans and Remove ads
- Without a plan you can use AskRunes with ads and with a small number of AI readings a day, counted per phone. Basic readings have no limit.
- A plan gives you more AI readings a day and, depending on the plan, deep readings (a day, or one a month on Seeker) and the chat about a reading (a day). It also removes the ads. The limits of each plan are shown in the app before you buy; the month figure on a plan card is its daily limit times 30, shown as an illustration. Except on Oracle, no more than 50 AI readings an hour.
- Oracle's "Unlimited AI readings" is a fair-use offer: up to 500 AI readings a day. Past that you have to wait for the next day. Oracle's deep readings and chat replies keep their own daily limits.
- Remove ads is a single purchase that removes the ads and nothing else.
- Daily limits start again at midnight UTC, the hourly limit every hour, and Seeker's deep reading on the first day of each month. What you did not use is not carried over.
5. Payment, renewal and canceling
- Plans are sold through Google Play. Google Play takes the payment; we never see your payment details.
- A plan renews by itself, monthly or yearly as you chose, until you cancel it. The price is shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy.
- You cancel in Google Play, under Subscriptions. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow the rules of Google Play and the law of your country. Removing the app does not cancel a plan.
- We may change prices for new periods. Google Play tells you before a new price applies to you.
6. What you may not do
- Put no names of other people, health details or other private information into a question or a message.
- Use AskRunes to break the law or to harm, threaten or harass anyone.
- Try to get around the daily limits or the payment.
- Copy, resell or take apart the app, except where the law allows it.
- Use automated tools to send requests to AskRunes.
We may limit or end your access if you do any of this.
7. Reporting an answer
If an answer is offensive, misleading or unsafe, please report it with "Report this answer" under the answer. We review reports and use them to improve the app.
8. What belongs to whom
The app, its texts, its images and its design belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Your questions remain yours. You may use the readings you receive for your own personal purposes.
9. Availability
We try to keep AskRunes working, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. AI readings depend on services of other companies and need a connection. We may change or end features. If we materially reduce what a paid plan gives during a period you paid for, we say so on this page before it takes effect, and you may cancel; the rights the law gives you as a consumer, refunds included where they apply, stay.
10. Our responsibility
AskRunes is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make because of a reading, or for losses that follow from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be limited.
11. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the AskRunes Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page shows the new text and its date. A material change to a paid plan applies to you from your next renewal, so what you already paid for keeps the terms you accepted. If you do not agree with a change, cancel your plan and stop using the app.
13. Law
These terms follow the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
